01 What should I bring to my first yoga class?
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. While we provide mats and props, you are always welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
02 Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?
Not at all! Flexibility is a result of yoga, not a prerequisite. Our classes are designed to help you gradually increase your range of motion at your own pace, regardless of your starting point.
03 How many times a week should I practice?
For consistent results in both physical strength and mental clarity, we recommend practicing 2 to 3 times per week. However, even a single weekly session can significantly help in reducing stress and improving focus.
04 Which class is best for a complete beginner?
Our Hatha Yoga classes are ideal for beginners. They focus on fundamental postures, alignment, and breathwork at a slower, meditative pace, allowing you to build a solid foundation.
05 Are specialized therapy sessions available?
Yes, we offer specialized Yoga Therapy for various health conditions, including back pain, stress-related issues, and metabolic disorders. Please consult with our lead instructor, Harshad Gaudani, for a personalized approach.
