Terms of Practice

By engaging in classes at OM Divine Yoga Studio, practitioners acknowledge that yoga includes physical movements that can be strenuous. It is the responsibility of the student to consult with a physician prior to and regarding their participation in yoga classes, health programs, or workshops.

Medical Waiver

Students must inform the instructor of any physical limitations or medical conditions before class begins. Practitioners assume all risk and responsibility for any injuries or damages, known or unknown, which they might incur as a result of participating in classes.

Privacy Policy

We respect your sanctuary of silence, including your personal data. Any information collected through our contact forms or during registration is strictly for studio communication and will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Cancellations

To honor the practice and our instructors' time, we require a 24-hour notice for the cancellation of any private sessions. Group class bookings are subject to studio-specific capacity limits.
